It's quite possible that you just have a loose connection. Follow [guide|449|this guide] and look for the connector in step 23, that is your touch sensor connector. Make sure it's fully seated and carefully reassemble. If this doesn't work you may unfortunately may need a new digitizer. Let us know what you find.
