As with most vacuum cleaner they do need maintenance

Have you tried cleaning the brush roll and washing the filters?

That usually helps issues like this or you could fully dismantle the whole thing and clean it to bring it back to near brand new which is even better

That’s what I do when I see issues with vacuum cleaners
