Don't know what they're called but them being broken is causing Black lines in the screen while the rest works fine. They're attached to the screen but I have no clue how to fix them or if I can. All but One of these cables are okay, theres 6 in total. Please help

I got this a few days ago, and these were already broken. Don't know what they're called but them being broken is causing Black lines in the screen while the rest works fine.
