iOS App Store Not working

My iOS App Store doesn’t download or update apps. When I try it starts loading then it says app can’t download or failed please try again. [br]

it’s really frustrating as I can’t download apps I need or update ones I’m using. [br]

I have tried to log out and log in into App Store. I have restarted. I have made sure all the settings are right. [br]
