Take it for repair.. Sometimes it might be the Circuit… and beware of using the Blackberry Charger on Huawei… I had the same only to find out that the charging system and the Camera Circuit were burnt beyond repair.

It doesn’t need factory reset rather take it to repairing proffesionals!!
