Some micro-soldering techs offer the service of repairing torn Home Button Flex. It really depends on where the flex tore as some cases are harder to repair than others. Personally I don’t offer this service, nor do many techs because to make it worthwhile, the price you need to charge starts to get close to an Apple Screen replacement.
Check out the micro-soldering repair shops in your area or those that offer mail-in repairs.
