Is the problem similar to the middle coloured block image shown [https://servlib.com/lg/tv/39ln54xx-39ln540v-chassis-ld31b-ld36b.html?start=69|here] in the service manual for the TV?

If so the screen will have to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
