I was replacing my girlfriends digitizer. Went testing before I completely sealed the ipod, everthing worked fine, including the front cam. When I put it back together, I sat it down and left it alone for about 4 days. Then when the day I was going to give it back to her, the front cam stopped working. She said that it has happened twice before and eventually works itself out. So hopefully it will do it this time as well.
