Just replace them as there could be other problems. If you must, then peel the label up and use a fine quality sewing machine oil and a get a tiny drop of the oil on the end of a pin or tooth pick and drop it on to the top of the bearing.  NOT TOO MUCH!

Remember, this is only a tempoary fix for a few days before you get the replacement fans
