You’re better off living with scratches and internal dust, rather then clean it and risk ruining the lens and needing to replace the lens - or potentially the camera. With dust it doesn't affect resale as it's a common non-issue, but scratches that affect little to none of the final photo mean you can get a good deal on a nice lens or camera if you're able to test it and make sure it's not in a high impact area.
