Try the following to check if it resolves the problem.

a) Clear the phone’s cache partition. Here’s a [https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28492|link] that shows how to do this. Check if the problems are still there or not.

b) Try starting the phone in [https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28456|safe mode] and check if the problems are still there or not.

If they’re not then a ''downloaded app'' is the cause of the problem.

The trick is to find out which one.

You will need to uninstall each downloaded app one by one and then test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to see if the problem is still there or not.

When it is no longer there then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
