This may not solve your problem, but everyone has cooking spray (any type of oil will work to diagnose where the problems is) and you do not need to tear into your machine and no repairman involved.  My problem was the plastic ring with wheels that goes under the turntable. The little wheels rotate on a little axle, and applying a drop of hi temp cooking spray to each wheel/axle did the trick. Now, it’s absolutely SILENT.
