The charger port is soldered onto the board meaning you’d need either a hot air rework station + soldering station to remove the port or a soldering iron station + solder sucker to remove the old solder to remove the old charger port.

A lot of the time these ports can actually be repaired without replacing by redoing the solder on these ports as seen in this video:
