Hulla pals,this is what I did to fix my zte blade (zte bv070) stucked at startup displaying white screen and zte logo.

# I Charged the phone for about 15 minutes
# I connected it to my windows laptop
# Pressed the volume up + power on keys simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds
# Release the keys when the zte logo appears
# immediately press the vollume down key and voila my zte is fixed
