iPhone 5s causing repeated Tristar failure

I have a 5s no power, not charging.

Ive checked tristar lines in diode mode and found no obvious shorts.

The ammeter read 0.12 amps draw so i replaced tristar.  It worked for a couple of minutes and then back to no power not charging…. Replaced tristar and this one also worked for a short while, then failed.

Why is my phone ‘eating’ tristar ics?
