Ok I opened a messenger Facebook message. It prompted me about a virus happening and it was counting down and $@$*. I factory reset it through  the setting.  It comes on and it's black screen ,only the icon is of the internet and battery life ., I pressed the little button on the back that says factory reset ,now it's won't come on.and the screen is still black. What do I do.
