Microphone not working, no speaker calls

I replaced my screen on my iphone 6 plus. The new touch screen from ifixit works great. The home button works fine, camera works as well. However, I no longer have a working microphone. I can’t ask Siri anything, speak to someone on a phone call if the speaker is on, or dictate text messages, etc.  Any help would be appreciated.
