Yikes bud, that’s not good. BIOS updates are something that can very much permanently break your motherboard. It sounds like that’s what happened in your case.

I doubt it will help, but you could try following [guide|100539|this] guide to remove the battery for thirty seconds and then replug in. Looking at the first picture, the CMOS appears to be located at the bottom left, it’s the item covered in electric tape and plugged in to a white connector into the board. In order to preform a CMOS reset, you will need to remove that from the board while the battery is also unplugged, leaving it unplugged for about 15 seconds.

Once again, no guarantee it will work but it’s worth a shot.
