Try this out.

Use sd card formatter from this link https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/index.html

Make sure when the sd card is put in it locks in with a clicking sound.

next the harddrive flex must be pushed all the way into the iflash make sure it’s all the way in and cannot be pushed any further and then push down the lock

now try connecting it to system.
