Your best bet is to use Windows on a separate machine. If you must use Linux in some way (a likely reason is that the Linux machine is your only computer), you can try it using a Windows VM and connect your smartphone over USB and “attach” it to the VM.

Kies and ODIN are not natively supported on Linux and I wouldn’t trust it to work properly on Wine.
