Touchscreen fully works for 10-30 min then fails partially

I have an Huawei Y6 SCL-L03 (Honor 4A), it works completely fine for around 10-30 min but then the touchscreen stops working, after pressing two time the power button (Turning off and then back on the screen), a part of the screen stops working, like a little bar in the middle of the glass, but only that little section stops working.
To make it to work again, I have to turn off the device, wait a few hours, then turning it on again and the cycle repeats itself again and again.
What I already did was cleaning the pins and connector from the digitizer with alcohol (It works with a cheap-ass tablet I had) but no luck.
