Monitors doesn't receives signal.

Tekst:

I recently moved from Arizona to Illinois and the my PC was unplugged for about three week until it arrived in Illinois. When I tried to set up the PC it appeared have a boot loop issue. I was able to fix that by resetting the CMOS and it successfully turned on with all fans spinning. Then another issue happened where neither of my two monitors will work when connected to the mother board or video card. I tried switching the port of the video card itself and it still didn't work. I tried to see if my cable or monitors were the ones messed up but they connect to my atop just fine and receives signal. Then I totally removed my video card and tried connecting directly into my motherboard.
