Hi,
If it doesn't appear in Device Manager then check in BIOS to see if the WiFi has been disabled.
(To enter Device Manager, right click on the Windows start button, left side of Taskbar, and select the link in the options box that appears).
Start the laptop and then press F2 before Windows boots.
Once in the BIOS menu, select the ''Security'' tab and find the ''Wireless Network Interface'' setting. Ensure that it is set to ''' ''Unlock'' '''
View the options in the right pane of the screen on which keys to use if you have to change it..
