The problem with mine is the wifi I am using won't let me sync my controllers more than 10 seconds. But I used my mobile Hotspot and they stayed connected just fine. I had to order a new ps4 and selling the old one because it works fine with all other wifi excpet mine. My brother's PS4 works fine on the same wifi so it's only my PS4. I don't know why, neither does Tech Support on PlayStation Network.
