Hi, from a while my Android phone keep closing usual apps like Instagram Facebook and some of Games without any reason. I tried a factory reset , malware scanning but no change. Is there another way to repair this issue by myself or i need to let the authorised service to resoft the device?
P.S. : I mention that when i run one of these apps my RAM memory is free and after the app has closed i don't get any "unexpected errors" .
