As many have mentioned you should really try restoring it through iTunes seeing as its a software problem and not faulty parts.

If that doesn't help than it might be one of those problems that's just theoretically impossible to solve with all the common variable accounted for. Then you just have all the millions of variables that comes with opening up a phone and swapping parts.

So if that doesn't work then your left with being forced to replace the faulty parts. But that to has to many variable to account. When it come to whats causing it to not work.
