Dude, i had the same problem with mine, its just an adjustment issue, dissasemble it over and make sure both screws that goes at the side of the batery and the vibrator are in there or if they're well attached to the case, if it is still not working, the vibrator must to be burned, that was my problem, i did the same than you, replaced all the external pieces and i dont know why it stoped working after 3 days. You must replace it right away to keep your girl! :) Good Luck dude!
