You'll need a 802.11ac AirPort card and MacOS Sierra.

Sadly, Apple did a switch-a-roo on us! They changed from a surface connector to an edge so you can't use the newer 2014 Mac Mini board. Apple's change was across the board so you are out of luck finding an Apple spare as Apple never offered it.

Broadcom offered some sample boards for a short time but they are now long gone. Sorry :-{
