If you are fairly new to repair i highly recommend purchasing the part with the entire frame, digitizer, and LCD together. This will allow for a much easier repair process. If you want to save a little money you can order the Digitizer/LCD assembly without the frame but reinstalling into the frame can be problematic without proper adhesive and placement of the flex cables. The small cost of having it preinstalled in the frame will be a big time saver and help with the longevity of the repair!
