The system was displaying the blue screen of death due to bios issue then my brother took out the hard drive and deleted the operating system on the hard drive so presently the system is without a hard drive and it is neither charging or powering on please how can i get it to work

As i was using my system it went off and refused to boot to windows but the charging led was still showing then my brother took out the hard drive and deleted the operating system on the hard drive and was using it, so i put in an empty hard drive but as i connected the chrger it did not indicate charging, please how can i get it to work
