Fail to access 4G/LTE only 2G

LG K7 from T-Mobile US;  I am using in Tanzania, the mobile data reads only 2G.  It seems that LTE bands differ with those in the phone which is B1,3 &12, while in East Africa(Tanzania) is using B20
