hi i have a droid turbo 2 turbo charge that i bought on line a few days ago. i was going to get the sim card repaid so i can have service put on it. in the mean tie i had it on wifi and was trying to update the phone to "marshmellow" and now the phone wont update and is stuck in boot mode. i dont have the "i.m.e. number". cant get into the phone to get it. please help me!!!
