Try Disconnecting Battery or turn off phone and restart while holding home button
After screen replacement I had a frozen and blurry front camera, changing for another camera did not fix the problem. I then disconnected the battery and camera started working again. I have done many screen replacement before without issue but I think I forgot to turn the phone off and it caused this problem.
