The panel connector inside the phone could have possibly come dislodged. To check for this, remove the two pentalobe screws on the bottom of the phone and bush the back of the phone up and lift the back glass off. Check each connector pushing onto each one to make sure its snug in its slot. Then slide the back casing back on and re-screw in the pentalobe screws. Turn the phone back on and if the screen is still unresponsive I would suggest replacing the display which you can buy directly from us, and we have a guide on how to replace it as well. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions on purchasing or using our guides!
