Same with me but today it got connected with mixromax's service center in udaipur which was having 19 mbps link speed. It has issues with hotspot too my lapy got turned off 3 times i connected with the phone with an error. Not shareit not xender nothing is working. I got this phone on 19 sept so now m returning this product hope it will work in my new set :(
