Here's one more trick you might try:

* Turn your Samsung Galaxy S4 off and hold Volume Up, Home, and Power keys simultaneously until your smartphone starts to vibrate.
* Let go of Power key and keep pressing the other two.
* It will get you into Android System Recovery mode.
* Press Volume Down to choose wipe cache partition and use Power key to select it.

Alternatively another trick I've used in the past:

* Connect your device to your computer using a data cable.
* Go to folder: Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Applidium Image Cache
* Delete everything in this folder.
* Go to folder: Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Android\data\com.sec.android.gallery3d\cache
* Delete everything in this folder.
* Restart your phone.
