Stuck in Recovery mode & Error 14 during update

My iPhone 5S is stuck in recovery mode after erasing it. Now when I try to update/restore it show me on screen error 14 in itunes. I have tried almost 10 PC/Laptop and about 15 cables and Network but the result is the same (error 14)
