I usually use the Diskmngt to do this, or you can use "Disk Part Cmds." to modify partitions. For the Noobie I recommend '''Disk Director '''by Acronis. you can shrink, expand, delete, de activate, activate, name what ever you need to do - utilize the entire HDD. I use in my business and have NEVER lost data, or info for others... unless that is also what you want to do.
