Does anyone know hot to fix this problem?

My IPhone 4S also have this kind of problem, and it is so frustrating because of this my Iphone works just like an IPad now. When I inserted the sim it will start searching for a signal but it will stay on searching mode and the back of my IPhone gets so hot.

Can someone help me to fix this kind of problem?
