NIke Fuelband's main button not clicking anymore

Hello everyone,

After using my Nikefuelband (v1) for 18 months, the main push button suddently stopped clicking last weak. I imagine that something moved right behind the front button as i don't feel anything resisting my finger pressure anymore. Thus the screen doesnt lighten up anymore neither making the nikefuel way less enjoyable.

I found that guide :

But i would like to know if someone found out an easier and less damading solution.
