I need to order new capacitors for my logic board but I don't know how to read the numbers on the ones I want to replace.  For instance on the 5mm X 5mm alum "can" capacitor the numbers are in three rows:

1 6F (F is very small and up to the right of the 6)

What do these numbers mean?
