Mijn probleem
My wife normally keeps her iPhones in a case and is very careful with them. Finally, after 4 iPhones and countless cases, she drops it while changing cases. One nice big crack diagonally across the whole screen.
Mijn oplossing
I was so excited to get my repair kit, I had everything set up when I saw it was going to be delivered on Monday. I put one of the screwdrivers to the bottom of the iPhone. It doesn't fit. I try the other one. It doesn't fit either. They were both the Phillips heads. After calling Customer Service, a Pentalobe was sent out the next day and arrived Thursday.
It ended up taking me a while to get the screen up, but once it was unlatched, everything was very easy with the provided tools.
Mijn advies
Be sure you put all of the pieces back in before you close it up. I may have had to open it back up to put a cover back on.
