Inleiding

This guide will show you how to replace the side brushes on your ionvac SmartClean V2. While both the main rolling brush and side spinning brushes sweep all dirt into the dustbin, they are replaced differently. Unlike the main brush, side brush replacements are included in your ionvac SmartClean V2 box.

This is a quick and easy replacement, and you will not need any tools to complete it. Remember to remove and reinstall all parts gently.

1. Stap 1 Side Brush
  Caution: Before beginning, turn off the ionvac and place it on a level surface.
  
  Flip your ionvac upside down so the wheels are pointed upwards and the side brushes are furthest from you.
  
  Grasp the half-circle holding the brush into the bottom of your ionvac.

3. Stap 2
  Gently pull on the brush head until it is released from the frame.
  
  If the side brush is stuck, you can use a pry tool to pry it out.
