The Sharp FX is sometimes hailed as the "Sidekick for AT&T." Though the FX was designed and manufactured by Sharp (the Sidekick was designed by Danger, it does borrow many of the Sidekick's popular features. The slider mechanism that reveals the keyboard and the prominent Sharp branding are key differences between the two.
