Joe Privitelli is an independent Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and Personal Technology Consultant, specializing in general troubleshooting, system setup, Apple Computer upgrades, wired and wireless networking, AirPort, AirPlay, AirTunes, the Time Capsule and Network Access Storage backup systems, Ethernet cabling, hard drive recovery and replacement, with extensive knowledge and expertise in software including the Mac OS Client and Server operating systems, Apple’s “i” applications, iCloud, iPad, iPhone, iTunes and Apple TV setup and synchronization, FileMaker Pro, the Microsoft Office Suite for Mac, VMware and Windows on Mac, and the Avid Pro Tools Audio Production System. Joe has over 30 years of experience working on the Macintosh platform through his previous careers as a music editor in the Recording, Film, and TV industries, a compact disc mastering engineer, an audio engineer-producer for sound library and music software companies, and has been a voting member of the Grammy Awards since 2001.
