My speaker not working can't talk

@sksurangasilva first you want to make sure that the phone is not stuck in a Bluetooth or USB-C headphone state. Start by swiping down from the top of the screen and completely disabling Bluetooth to ensure the phone isn't routing audio to a connected device. Look at the status bar at the top for a headphone icon. If you see one but nothing is plugged in, you may need to clean the USB-C port. Pocket lint, debris and even moisture can cause teh logic board to think that a headphones etc. are connected.

Nest restart the phone to clear any software conflicts that may cause this. Play a sound and press the volume buttons. If the volume slider shows a standard speaker icon and you still have no audio, the software is fine. try this a well. The issue is most likely with either your speaker or one the the flex cables.

Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guides for this, use something like this video to get into your phone. Once you have your phone opened, check the flex cable to make sure there are no tears or corrosion. If the ribbon cables are good, replace the speaker.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
