Rotating laser stuck error.

Hi. I have a Proscenic M9 vacuum and it keeps saying the laser is stuck or broken. But it is not. I have cleaned the lenses and everything I could. It rotates if I turn it. But if I switch it on it says the same thing over and over and the vacuum rotates in one place. Before it switch off. What can I do to fix this?
