These are CR-49 based - they use a SW WP which has to be disabled in Dev mode as well as a physical screw in many cases - the usual tell for the WP screw is it's a ground and it tends to be non anodized and you will not see solder mask. The other rub is if it has MDM, you usually cannot access dev mode with it blocked. You need to run this once the screw/battery protection is defeated: flashrom --wp-disable

-- this is where it appears to be on this model. Some of these CR-49/50 devices use the battery instead of the board, with some only responding to this cable: SuzyQable

so i already disabled the sw wp but the hard ware wp is still on now i have already disconnected the battery so that means i have to use a suzyQable correct? or would it be a jumper it keeps failing to update the wp setting and i used a command and it told me the hardware wp was still active

@williamnissen As long as both are done you need the SuzyQ, if yours can take an alt Linux on the Google BIOS - these can't be flashed with Mr.Chromebox due to the ARM BIOS. Your might use screws and the battery then.
