@danluca, I had a Volvo that did the same thing; it turns out it was sensitive to differences in current flow between the old and new bulbs, so the fix was to also put new bulbs in the other side as well.

I assume you're referring to some sort of lamp warning indicator? You didn't tell us what kind of warning light you're seeing, and it's not always safe to make assumptions.
That being said, if you are seeing a bulb warning, it may not be surprising. If you originally had incandescent bulbs, probably halogen, and switched them for LED, then the car is going to see a huge difference in the power consumption since LEDs take maybe 1/10th the current that a halogen bulb would.
I'm not sure there's anything you can do about this; you might be able to add resistors to the load to increase the amount of current being drawn, but then you're defeating most of the advantage of having LED bulbs.
I'd suggest trying some BMW forums to see if someone else has managed to solve that particular problem.
