I have loved the xm6, with the exception of a few gripes. However, now mine are broken. I get no sound out of the right ear speaker. The ANC mics on the right cup may be working -- but only producing results on the left. Except for no sound, everything seems to be working on the right cup - charging, touch controls, Anyone have similar issue, or ideas how to fix, or how to approach Sony for warranty repair?

Probably a common experience: I jostled with CSRs ("Enthusiasts") taking me through the list of checks (e.g., factory reset, update firmware, etc.) which did not fix the problem. After a bit of insisting, I convinced them to refer me to Sony's warranty service, by phone. After going through their checklist, they will be shipping me a replacement.
For these times, the customer support was fairly good. And it should be, for one of their flagship products.
